At Ramen Otaku, we serve authentic Japanese ramen made with local and imported ingredients, free from additives and simmered for hours; all presented in traditional Mallorcan tableware.

Classic Tonkotsu

With homemade tonkotsu tare (with flambéed sake, garlic and katsuobushi). Creamy pork bone broth simmered for 72 hours, flavoured with homemade ma-yu (burnt garlic oil), served with beni shoga ginger.

Tan Tan Men

With homemade white miso and peanut tare. Thick chicken broth with soy milk, simmered for 18 hours, seasoned with Ra-yu oil, served with spicy minced pork, bok choy and mu-err mushrooms.

Assari Stil Chin Tan

With homemade shoyu or shio tare
Clear broth made from pork and chicken, slow cooked for 12 hours, seasoned with homemade negi (leek oil) and served with leek chips.

OUR RAMEN STORY

Ramen Otaku was born from obsession. What began as long trips to Barcelona for a proper bowl led all the way to Japan, where the craft was learned at its source. Back in Mallorca, the timing was perfect: a small shop space opened, and with it, a home for authentic ramen made with the same reverence and patience found in Tokyo.
